Following Candle Care helps to ensure product quality + longevity.
We highly recommend following each of the following steps: ● Trim your candle’s wick to 1/4″ before each lighting or once your candle has cooled. ● Never attempt to trim a burning candle. ● Discard the snipped portion in the trash; never leave wick trimmings in your candle jar. ● The wick should always remain centered and away from the sides of the vessel. ● Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar during each burn to prevent tunneling. ● Once the candle’s gone, we hope you’ll re-use it. Clean it out and you’ve got a new planter or pencil holder – or whatever you want!

SHIPPING POLICY
& Co currently only ships within the US and Canada.

Processing time for orders is 1 to 2 business days, with the exception of major holidays during which may be 3 – 7 business. After that, standard delivery time within the United States is 3-7 days.
We are not responsible for any shipping / delivery that may be affected by natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees once the item has been shipped.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging in new condition within 30 days for refund not including shipping costs. Some items may have a modified return policy noted on the item listing, packing slip or on our policy board. Items that are opened, used, damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund. When possible, please provide a shipping tracking number to expedite your request.
How will I receive my refund?
Your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. In the event you used multiple forms of payment, your refund may be issued across all payment methods used.
Refunds typically take 1 – 3 days.
