Carnegie Comes to Apponaug
Runs through Saturday, December 20th

Judy Garland, Maria Callas, Bruce Springsteen, Frank Sinatra, Arlo Guthrie, Judy Collins, The Beatles -
that's just some of the images you will see while visiting the museum this month.

While organizing our storage area, the WMOA discovered a musical gem hidden away - mint-condition posters reflecting 100 years of Carnegie Hall.  The WMOA was able to professionally frame selected posters that will be made available for purchase on opening night and throughout the month.  All posters are black & white, and reflect just a sampling of the celebrities that performed at Carnegie Hall throughout history.  The posters on display were originally part of Carnegie Hall's 100th anniversary celebration in 1991. All proceeds go towards the 2009 WMOA Programming season. This is a perfect gift for the music lover in your life.  All purchases will be available for pick up on December 20th, just in time to put under the tree!  Buy two or more and we'll even gift wrap them for you!
