As Warwick's cultural center since 1976, the Warwick Museum of Art (WMOA) provides gallery, stage, and classroom space for talented artists, performers, and writers from many parts of R.I. and New England.

The thriving arts center is generously supported by the City of Warwick, the Champlin Foundations, the R.I. State Council on the Arts, the State of R.I., and businesses and individual donors.

"On The Streets" Photography Show & Sale

On view now until December 20 / January 5 - 10

Just in time for Holiday Shopping, the annual photography show features 29 Artists and 43 Original Artworks. The exhibit is a collection of eye-catching photographs that make us think about our everyday surroundings. These photographs capture moments that can stir us emotionally, make us reflect on humanity and society around us, and others who are suffering. They depict the people we interact with on a daily basis, the small beauties of life that we pass by and take for granted, and the hopes and dreams of everyday individuals.

Opening Reception: Wednesday, December 3 (6:00 - 8:00pm) in the Main Gallery.

Many artists in addition to having their original artwork displayed also have prints and cards for sale. It's a great opportunity to meet the artists, talk about their work, and  maybe get some christmas shopping done as well!

WMOA is a non-profit 501(3)(c) arts organization, and a portion of all gallery sales supports our arts education mission. All original artwork and limited edition prints sold are exempt from RI sales tax.
